A lot of times rebates come from utilities.  When this happens, they are essentially giving the customers money so the customers will use less electricity during peak demand hours.  I can&#039;t understand why you would be opposed to this.</description>

Note following article.  Looks like Obama isn&#039;t going to get cap and trade through so easily.  Thank God, just what are economy does not need.
